How's this for efficient?

We left our house for a long weekend in NYC on Wednesday at 3:30 am. It was a mess - I don’t think the beds were even made.

We were looking to downsize and Kelsey helped us through the purchase of a home by walking us through homes and providing her logical opinions and recommendations. We found Kelsey to be VERY thorough in her assessment of structure, foundation, windows, doors, etc., all of which are critical to home buyers. She was not afraid to crawl into places or under things to search for items of concern – like water damage or moulds. She was quick to point out not only the good things in a home but things needing improvement. She has a definite eye for “cans of worms” and knows the costs to make repairs to what is not just cosmetic.
 
When it came to selling our home she was able to tell us what needed to be done to produce a quick sale. Her advice and knowledge of what sells a home was invaluable. She advised us to be up front with any problem areas and what was a must to repair. She helped us with staging our home and provided recommendations to get the best showings possible. All of these coupled with her drive and determination provided for a quick sale.
 
We found Kelsey to be very personable, honest, helpful, knowledgeable, extremely accommodating, flexible, supportive and cooperative. We couldn’t have done it without her!!!
